Project introduction: This projectis a calcium chloride evaporation concentration  spray granulation project, using MVR evaporation + double-effec evaporation fluidized bed spray granulation process, and finally obtains anhydrous calcium chloride project, thereby realizing the recycing of calcium chloride; MVR concentrated calcium chloride concentration -30%; double-effect concentrated calcium chloride concentration -45%, 45%c alcium chloride enters the spray granulation equipment and finally obtains anhydrous calcium chloride product;

Treatment process: preheating system- MVR evaporation concentration-double -effect evaporation concentration-spray granulation calcium chloride process;

Equipment material: MVR process TA2 material: double-effect uses TA10 malerial: the system water treatment cost per ton is 130 yuan/ton of water;
