Project introduction: The project is for high-salt and high-organic wastewater containing sodium chloride produced by battery electrolyte production.using pretreatment + MVR evaporation treatment process, evaporation treatment is carried out after reducing the impurities in the raw water to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Equipment material: TA2 material is used for the heat exchanger tubes of the project 2205 is used for the contact parts of other materials.

MVR temperature: 90-94 degree celsius; 

Evaporation capacity. maximum 22t/h.

Cost per ton of water. The comprehensive cost of the project is about 38yuan/evaporated ton of water;
