High-Salt Water Treatment project For Coking Enterprise

Project location: Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, China;

Processing capacity: 2 sets of 28.5t/h+two effect;

Product material: Evaporation and salt separation process of high-salt water containing sodium chloride and sodium sulfate.

Project introduction: This project is a project for evaporation and cystallization of sodium chioride and sodium sulfate after nanofiltration and salt separation of coking wastewater. It uses 2 sets of double-effect energy-saving MVR evaporators to evaporate and crystallize to obtain sodium chloride salt and sodium sulfate salt. Double-effect evaporation treatment is performed on the concentrated solution after evaporation.

Processing process: preheating system-double-effect energy-saving MVR evaporation concentration-double-effect evaporation crystalization.

Equipment material: TA2 material;

Process advantages:using double-effect energy saving evaporator, the MVR section ton waler trealtment cost is reduced to 38RMB evaporated ton water.
