Production materials: lithium battery recycing lithium carbonate production MVR evaporator.

Processing materials: lithium-containing wastewater.

Processing scale: 6m³/h;

Project introduction: 6m³/h lithium-containing sodium sulfate -containing high-salt water MVR evaporation and cystallization project; Adopt forced circulation MVR crystallization + salt washing process;

Equipment material: pipeline uses TA2 material, secondary steam pipeline and condensate pipeline use 316L material:MVR temperature: 90-95 degree celsius;

Evaporation capacity: 5.35t/h;

Cost per ton of water: MVR is about 50 yuan/evaporated ton of water;

Process characteristics: adopt salt washing process, the content of lithium ions entrained in crystallized salt is less than 0.07%;
